At Salam Occasions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your special events. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
